Q. Is your service really no fix no fee and how can you really do this?A. Absolutely, if we are unable to fix your problem then we will not charge for our services. We are able to offer this guarantee as our experience and technical expertise gives us this confidence.

Q. Where are you based?
A. We are based in Wallsend, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Q. Can I receive support over the phone?
A. Yes, you can also rest-assured that you will be speaking to one of our local technicians who has the technical experience to help and not some call-centre person in another country.

Q. Why are your prices so much cheaper than PC World?
A. Because we are a local business and do not employ call-centre staff, reception staff etc, and we can pass these cost economies onto our clients.

Q. How long will it take to fix my computer?
A.That's a tricky one as different problems can take a different amount of time to resolve, but our technicians aim to work out what the problem is asap. If they cannot resolve the problem on-the-spot they will give you an action plan which will include a timescale on the fix.

Q. Do I have to bring my computer to you?
A. No, we offer mobile and/or remote support. We realise that its a pain to find the time to unplug all of your equipment and transport it somewhere else. Wherever possible we aim to fix the problem without having to remove your equipment.
